Maybe his girl just opened her pie hole and told him, foregoing all that mental masturbation in guessing? Comparing a relationship with a real person to a figment of your imagination hardly seems relevant.

Agreed. You keep cherry-picking my posts for things you want to reply to and you turned all bitter when I pointed out your contradiction in you saying "I never said ____".
I was enjoying what we had.

I haven't turned bitter at all FNM. And I've replied to anything relevant you've said, patiently trying to point out again and again the basic point, which you still seem completely unable to grasp.
You, as a person that doesn't believe that there are any supernatural agents, can say that they don't act at all. Perfect. I agree, and you support the OP.

It's okay. I know you think all atheists look alike.

Just because we can only experience natural events, why should spiritual events (whatever they are) manifest themselves in the natural world? As far as I know, they could as well remain isolated in their "spiritual world".

It allows us to look at natural events and judge—using prior experience—whether those events are normal or aberrant. If the aberrant events are drastic enough or numerous enough, we are led to contemplate the supernatural. What would such events be? And to be honest, we've been led many times to the supernatural as an explanation for "aberrant events" we could not explain. This is where your argument from ignorance comes in: since there are such "aberrant events" we cannot explain we can resort to the supernatural as an explanation. Nope.
Oh and my girlfriend exists. Which is not god's case.
