I can think of very few things that could have happened to warrant the behavior. Apparently LE agrees with me, because they arrested the guy.

If he indeed used excessive force without any reason then he deserves to be punished. My problem with this video is that it's edited and we see only the moments where cops are arresting/beating (whatever you want to call it) and not what happened before.

Ok, fine. It's edited. I'm sorry. I'm rolling my eyes here. There are several articles... you can google it. You are the only person seeing anything other than brutality... even LE recognizes what he did was wrong.
