Bacteria can do things we can't. Is that "upward evolution" too?

Mutations disprove the theory of upward evolution

Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell
Does that mean gravity is evolution?

How so? Please demonstrate how the primitive archaea that are still around are more advanced than their ancestors.
Is it "upward evolution" when traits are lost? Like say, sight in bats? (October 4, 2013 at 9:33 am)TheBeardedDude Wrote: Does that mean gravity is evolution? I don't know. Let's ask SBGTF to ask Jesus for us.

Also, you ever going to go back to those other threads and answer my questions?

If the first one was more advanced than current bacteria, the abiogenesis is really preposterous. I am almost positive that almost all scientist would agree that the primitive bacteria was not as advanced as the current bacteria. It has already been explained to you that there is no "upward evolution" in the sense that evolution is teleological. There is no goal, no purpose. Your insistence on using that phrase is of a piece with your equally dim-witted use of "atheistic origin science." Again and again, you run your ignorance of science up a flagpole for all to see. Why don't you listen to what people tell you? There are actual scientists on this site who have generously given of their time to try to help you understand how badly you've been hoodwinked by creationists, but you just carry on as if nothing happened. You are not only an idiot; you are an arrogant ingrate. What are your qualifications that enable you to dismiss multiple disciplines including: genetics, microbiology, geology, paleontology, astronomy, cosmology, and others? How craven, corrupt, brain washed, and just plain butt-stupid do you intend to demonstrate yourself to be? Don't you have any pride at all? Fucking cult members.
