Suffice it to say that I would sooner walk on my lips through a sewage treatment facility at the height of a cholera epidemic than watch any episode of any incarnation of Star Trek.

And unlike Voyager, DS9 was never pathetically dependent on things left over from TNG. Q was in one episode and never mentioned again. Almost the same with the borg.

Despite the fact they had many of the same writiers. Ronald D. Moore is excellent.
