Women rights in Islam
RE: Women rights in Islam
The movie "Not Without My Daughter" immediately comes to mind with this conversation.

Those who haven't seen it, go see it!

This does not mean that all women think less well than men or that all men think better than women. I strongly suspect you can't hold a candle to Marie Curie or Rosalind Franklin, or handle money or business as well as Sandra Peterson or Ellen Kullman.

You want to treat all women the same. Can you say 'stereotype'? Can you say 'discrimination'? Sure you can.
Yes, some women are clever than some men
but laws are not make to handle each case
Laws don't make the world perfect, so is human

even in the secular world, laws are formulated to handle the average conditions

You're an idiot. The secular (Western) world places a premium on individual liberties, not law by average. This is why we don't require half the population to stroll around in inverted garbage bags.

I think you are too idiot to know the meaning of idiot
for example you have a law to prevent boys under 16 from driving
do you think that all boys under 16 are careless and cannot drive properly
Or do you think that all boys over 16 are better than the ones under 16

MS, you appear to be unaware of the necroposting rules, that's two 5 month old necroposts and one 2 month necropost, which means you've broken the rule about 12 times over.

Great, so now all you need to do is provide actual, verifiable and statistically significant data that shows that women "think more emotionally," than men, and that this represents a sufficient enough disadvantage to do something about it legally.

I'll wait.

A little known movie, but one of my favorites. I'd also recommend more women in the Arab world read "Infidel" by Ayaan Hersi Ali.

Then fuck islam.

"Justice" in all the books of Abraham are not about correction or containment of bad behavior, but manuals on revenge. They are tribal books having nothing to do with equality.

Actually, our laws prevent PEOPLE (not just boys) from qualifying for driving privileges until they reach a certain age. Unlike idiotic Muslim laws that only prevent WOMEN from doing certain things. Or are you so blinded by religious stupidity that you don't see the difference?
Science flies us to the moon and stars. Religion flies us into buildings.

God allowed 200,000 people to die in an earthquake. So what makes you think he cares about YOUR problems?
