The Department of Justice then decides whether it has enough evidence to present to a federal grand jury. In the case of the 1998 United States Embassies being bombed, bin Laden has been formally indicted and charged by a grand jury. He has not been formally indicted and charged in connection with 9/11 because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11."

But my question is then who did fly the planes, obviously people who weren't in it for profit because they died in the attacks.

The reason I was asking about what do you think happened to the passengers is because I don't know what conspiracy it is you believe in, are you one of those who believes there was no planes used, or that the planes were rockets or that the planes were remote controlled or what?

Also if the planes were being flown by pilots because of a government conspiracy what could the government have offered the pilots in exchange for killing themselves?
