Determination can make damn near anything a weapon, but typically those 'anythings' have a purpose unrelated to killing. I imagine for every 'clean' shot made in self defense, there are dozens made unjustifiably. Also, a toddler with a rock isn't much threat...a toddler around a pistol? Tragedy awaits.

I wish gun nuts would be cognizant of the fact their arguments boil down to a personal 'ooh...shiny' syndrome.

I said dangerous I never estimated the level of threat. And sneak up or smash someone over the head with a rock, it isn't something that needs much intellect to figure out and act out on. And the stick was a joke, like a cane because he was old. Old men tend swing canes when the anger flows. Reconsider my ass, there has been plenty of people do plenty of horrible thing with unthinkable weapons. why should responsible people be punished because of other people doing those things? Fuck it how about we turn in our guns and see if the criminals do the same. America is past that point.

I would like to point out that the argument from many of the people on the anti-gun side is "ooh...scary."

Y'know, I get the 'it's only fair' argument, I do. But when arming the law abiding citizenry seems the only option, WTF? This escalation of (real and implied)violence only benefits the gun industry. The Second Amendment needs a major re-write. Handguns are a fucking bane, and I don't care what side of the law you're on.

Gun control arguments are getting more and more pathetic as time goes on. As if anyone arguing about anything is going to change the fact that some idiots see the words "gun control" and immediately assume that the government is going to take their guns, while it's just a simple background check bill that won't be passed because of said idiots.

Oh please cry me a river. And here again we see a anti-gun nutjob downplaying the political agenda on guns. Don't want a gun? Don't buy one. taking away guns or downsizing or restrictions don't work. The criminals don't give two shits about the law. Most gun violence happens in no gun zones but anti-guns keep repeating their mantra amongst themselves as if it makes it anymore true.
