Add a full stomach, or something is still in there being digested and an extra kg can be easily measured... while not representing any gain in body mass.

Had a dream last night that my bathtub doubled as a space telescope. I was looking at live images of Saturn through my faucet.

I've lost about 25 lbs since August. Not really on purpose. I'm living on my own now so I'm not spending money to have dessert every night plus almost everywhere I have to be everyday is in walking distance so I end up on average walking 1.5 miles everyday. Sometimes I end up walking three miles in a day if I need to do errands.

At work. Leaving soon. So, a little vent -- a friend of mine got a boob job a few months ago and her marriage is slowly going into the toilet. All she wants to do is go out to bars without her hubby and it is really sad to watch. He is a good man and she was never like this before her surgery. She called me crying today that she thinks they need therapy. No, only you do honey, but I didn't tell her that. (New) boobs can change a person.

wow. Yea walking is really effective in losing weight. Also good for your cholesterol. 20-30 min a day is enough to significantly lower your risk for cardiovascular disease.

Yea, just came back from a class where we basically learned that america is fat and a lot of people all around the world are dying of cardiovascular disease.

This bottle of Jager went really fast. I have to box up the kitchen before bug spraying tomorrow. Went to the local library I seldom go to and took my limit in CDs of people I'm unfamiliar with. New music to replace / repair the stale. But for now, I'm just drinking and posting.

Just had sushi, and now about to write and drink a bottle of Stone Enjoy By IPA (this particular one should be enjoyed by 12/13). The antichrist is purring in my lap. She's so cute when she's evil.
