Lots of good ways to eat oysters - I like em raw on the half shell with a dab of hot sauce (fresh off the beach, please), pan fried, deep fried, grilled in the shell with wine sauce... Is there a bad way to eat them?

I don't like there to be a overpowering sauce. It's takes away from the true beauty of the oyster.
