Seriously, how is anyone dumb enough to be fat?

How exactly that was worked out I don't know, and I'd assume it'd have to be room temperature water since it would take more energy, or less, depending on the exact starting temperature. On a related subject, I often find people don't know the definition of Black Ice.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK "That's disgusting. There were clean athletes out there that have had their whole careers ruined by people like Lance Armstrong who just bended thoughts to fit their circumstances. You don't know "naturally thin" people.
Right. (March 21, 2014 at 11:15 pm)thesummerqueen Wrote: I don't, and I shoot between 1200-1500 calorie intake per day. Ugh exactly the same with my friend from HS. He'd make himself cereal in a salad bowl, and still desperately fight to not drop too far below 70 kg (we're both 6'2). It was absolutely frustrating because he needed nooo discipline at all to look great.
Mr. Aractus has all the answers about that, apparently - your friend wasn't "naturally thin."
I know what I need to do to make myself lose weight, as stated much earlier, but that's after long, long practice. It isn't 'easy' and requires constant work to the near exclusion of anything else I want to do, including being home to make my boyfriend dinner - and I love cooking without even being food hog. "Here people! Look at these charts! Y R U NO THIN?!"
I'm sorry... no naturally thin people? Really? I come from a family of large women. Most of them have C chests or more. They all struggle with their weight, and some are obsessive about it, to the point where the obsession is worse than the weight itself.
I am an anomaly in my family. I have a hard time putting on weight. My boobs are so small, there's not really a viable bra size for them. Beer makes up a very good majority of my caloric intake. Granted, I love my exercise, but because I have the weird eating issues that I do (PTSD due to my nut allergy and the resulting anaphylaxis), sometimes I'm too weak to exercise. My large mom gets more exercise than I do most of the time. My point is that no one is the same. Everyone processes nutrition differently from the next. The question, "how is anyone dumb enough to be fat?" says more about the asker than the "dumb" or "fat" people.
I'm 5'6 and 95kg.
But not really fat. How do you explain that Dannyboy? If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71. RE: Seriously, how is anyone dumb enough to be fat?

His whole day (16hrs) consists of walking around, lifting Bus wheels, shoulder and whole body exercise that would make a gym junkie wilt. A compacted spine "Scherman's disease" means that he has a 6' 2" flesh hanging off a 5' 6" frame. Daniel? You are useless as a weight loss counsellor. You don't understand anything, and will blindly follow a book rather than viewing the person in front of you. But then, what can one expect from a xtian.
