You ruined it lol
Caramel piece, chocolate potato chips ice cream equals squee
Pickle ice cream double squee
Together yuck.
I hated the twilight movies
I think of watching Star Wars or LOTR just so I don't have to tell people I haven't seen it. Then I realize that's a waste of time.
I think people should be more monogamous about who they love and less monogamous about who they have sex with.

Giving dolphins person-hood status is ridiculous. Damned cow worshiping Hindus. Now they can worship dolphins too.
Neanderthals, who knows how they would be veiwed. I doubt they would be considered equal to humans. They probably would be veiwed like a monkey is. I don't consider monkeys to be worthy of person-hood. Do you really think humans are so incredibly unique? Not even neanderthals?
This reminds me a bit of this comic:

Whenever I can have an intelligent conversation with another species I'll consider them for person-hood. Until then I consider them food.

This "debate" is retarded and it usually comes from theists. An argument that all other animals are shit compared to us, even though you're also an animal who suffers.

Says it's ridiculous, then doesn't go into anything. Just like the rest of your replies to me, hardly a debate. I mean, person-hood doesn't necessarily mean we give them all the rights we have, did I not go into that or are you just doing some selective reading. There can be a middle ground where we just don't treat them like slaves or slaughter them like we do here in the states. I bet you think Seaworld is just dandy don't ya? it's sickening really. I'll give them rights over going to Seaworld, because I give a damn.

You're kidding right? Neanderthals would easily be comparable to us intelligence-wise. You must not know too much about Neanderthal Anthropology huh? The only way I'd see them not being equal is from prejudice out of us Homo Sapiens who are far from not being stupid ourselves at times. And also I don't really give a shit what you think is worthy of being treated with dignity. India didn't give that to the Dolphins to worship the Dolphin by the way, it's based on Neurology, another field of Science you're ignorant of.

Thanks for the concession speech, this tells me you would give aliens person-hood.

I can easily say the corollary. If you have to feel a bit of discomfort in the process of being turned into my food then so be it, the pleasure of the taste of your flesh outweighs my discomfort of your suffering.

Hahaha what an asshole. Everyone, line up your dogs, cats and other animals who can't communicate on level our yet because KUSA is hungry and blood is the only cure for the thirst.

Pardon my interjection lol but what is the unconventional opinion that you are arguing with QT over, KUSA? I scrolled back but I can't find where your dialogue originated?
Thanks!

For Deidre.
I originally made a somewhat long list of opinions I had that I have that I thought weren't so conventional and this KUSA person along with someone named Eldinero I think wanted to "debate" my unconventional opinions. Such as; proper distribution of wealth, giving other animals more rights or person-hood, or wanting water and food being free. You know, a bunch of things that don't really need debating especially when I conceded that a lot of my ideas were optimistic opinions. Just opinions that I have that aren't resonating in the world currently in my opinion.

"I think I use the term “radical” rather loosely, just for emphasis. If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)

Distribution of wealth...yours or mine? Lol Teasing.
I see now, ok. Well, it is a debate forum but I tend to view the "off topic" section as light so I agree with Losty.
I think everyone should vote "independent." (my unconventional opinion of the day)
