We don't specifically take on atheists: we have deists in the mod crew, and a muslim admin, if memory serves. And in the background, we've discussed certain christian members for these positions, the next time we're recruiting.

Besides, what balancing does the playing field need? We act based on how you follow the rules, not on your religious views.
