I do not view as dominate and submissive. I learned that it is not binary, we are all dominate and submissive in some way shape or form.

Both want to be the dominant and this causes conflict - at least in my experience. That's why I no longer date surgeons.

Plus, some of the male surgeons think it gives them immediate access to nurses.
