You all got him convicted before he's tried, why because he confessed, many have confessed to a crime and did not commit the crime. I'm not saying he's innocent, but he's not be given complete due process yet. If this had been an atheist you would be running down the authorities, I've notice atheist here have a problem with authority that differs from their own thinking, strange really strange the way you jump from one justice to another.

Because this occurred in the south, my guess is that the young man is either Baptist or Pentecostal. I don't know why, but it seems like most Christians in the south are one of those two types of Protestants.

I found another article. The young man claims that the attack was consensual.

GC was right that we should withhold judgement but the young man already has a disorderly charge against him and was in trouble for looking into the men's bathroom. Apparently, he admits that something sexual occurred between him and the older gentleman. Considering that the victim was also beaten up, it sounds as if the 17 year old did sexuall assault him

I wonder if the boy had been propositioning older men before this?

I guess the old man should have remembered the safe word, if it was supposedly consensual.
