Boy, that was tough. Then the answer is no.
Then why did you compare them to addicts?

Face it, most people think that getting married means giving up outside emotional and/or physical romances.
So what? What does what "most people think" have to do with what two individuals (or more than two individuals) find attractive and romantic between each other?

Probably not even accidentally relevant, given how pathologically single I am, but I visited a titty bar in Blackpool last year after being slung out of a pub (long story). Anyway, I forget how much it cost me but one nice lady in there started doing her thang, a private show sort of thing. It was nice, the first hint of intimacy I'd had in like forever, but it felt artificial and I asked her to stop. We had a nice little chat over a drink afterwards.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Enjoying multiple flavors? Finding pleasure in seeing their significant other enjoying themselves at the hands of another (fetishization of the happiness of the other; I find that more romantic than getting jealous over them enjoying the company of another, actually...)? There are plenty.

Maybe Mrs. R does find it attractive and romantic when Rhythm comes home from the strip club smelling of booze and other women's perfume...but I don't think that most women find that attractive and romantic. I doubt that Mrs. R does either.

Well how about we leave that up to Mrs. R and Rhythm, instead of you making bald, snide implications about the quality of their relationship, you insufferable cunt?

You too?!
Oh fuck, thank the (blank) I'm not the only one.
What's that, some might ask? "Elegy? You don't like strip clubs?!"
I do not. I can see the appeal, definitely. But do I get turned on by it? Surprisingly not. As you said; it feels too artificial, because I KNOW it's artificial. I'm paying for it. I accomplished nothing of my own, nothing of my personality or appearance or anything other than spending my money. Worse, a lot of the time, they're all strung out on meth or crack, so then I get the guilt trip over probably enabling those habits. How can I tell they're strung out? The teeth. That's all it takes. Or, if it's Evil, the track marks.
Plus the, uh... The company of the crowd is rarely ever pleasant. Seriously, sandpaper wouldn't be enough to dry the drool on the tongues of a lot of the guys. And the guys themselves clearly aren't gonna get to see a naked girl without paying for it or seeing it on a computer or TV screen, either... Which, well, I guess that's the point.

I find strip clubs dull as hell and about as stimulating as a toothpaste commercial. Then again, I worked in a brothel for four years, so stepping into a strip club to pay to have some gal shake her tits at me is a bit like drinking a Miller Lite after being weaned on stout. It's a waste of time, IMO, but to each his/her own. I sure don't care what some moral busybody thinks about it.
