Game of Thrones Season 5 Discussion [SPOILERS WITHIN]

RE: Game of Thrones Season 5 Discussion [SPOILERS WITHIN]
Wow, episode 3 was...a complete divergence form the books for every single character, I think.

Brianne looks like she's going to finally stop being thugBrianne, that's good. Poor Sansa! That girl cannot catch a break, even with different writers. Unless Littlefinger has a plan to get rid of the Boltons and put himself in there somehow, and I wouldn't put it past him.

Hell of an episode. Stuff is finally actually happening.

Also, did Sam lose about 75 pounds? That kid is almost handsome this season.

When Littlefinger is in the room, even Littlefinger keeps one hand on his purse.

I should have said the Westeros characters all appear to be getting a rewrite.
Everyone across the sea still seems to be on the same track as the books (poor Tyrion...kidnapped by Lord Friendzone!), just edited down for TV.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

From what I heard (although I haven't read past the first book so this needs clarifying) Bran's story in the show has basically caught up to where he is in the books. That's why we're seeing less of him this season, there's nothing more to tell without basically making it up I guess

I'm all caught up now. I don't believe Baelish is really screwing Sansa over. I'm pretty sure he's growing to love her the way he loved Catelyn. My guess is what someone else said earlier; he has bigger plans. He loves power, it makes sense.

Also I'm so happy Cersei's shade throwing game is still on-point.

Pycelle; "The small council grows smaller"

Cersei; "Not small enough"

Omg shots fired! I love when Cersei gets catty, it gives me so much life

Some icy blue-eyed freaks are also being suspiciously quiet for most of last season and so far this season...

I am an absolute fanatic when it comes to Game of Thrones (both the books and the television series). Season 5 has yet to disappoint me, and I doubt it will throughout its course. Anyone else here in love with the Targaryen family besides me?

Kit Harington was bae until I discovered he doesn't wash his natty hair. Ugh I'm so disappointed
