Because I'm lazy and I don't want to deal I decided to let you guys pick my new hairstyle.
You can post a picture with a detailed description.  And at the end of the week I will pick a winner.  I'll post the winners photo next to the style that I chose.  And you get an Internet hug!

Rules:
1.  No quick weaves (I'm not putting glue in my head)
2. No relaxers (I just got it back natural) natural (unstraightened styles only)
3. No crazy ass hair show styles (like helicopters or birds)

Ten years ago, I made a decision to stop waging chemical warfare against my hair. My hair is very soft but it is so thick and curls so tight that Moses couldn't part it.



This is an afro. Pick it out and kind of forward over the forehead on one side and a little back on the other side. Full in the back crown and taper down to the nape of your neck.

Maintenance: Just apply oil occasionally. Use water in the morning to loosen the curls so you can shape it. After washing, let it dry naturally so it will curl up again.

One girl described it like this. "When I wIar my hair straight, guys say, 'What's happening, shorty. Roll me some of them digits girl.' When I wear it natural, they say, 'My sister, will you please accompany me to the poetry slam?'"

You must be joking.  In 44+ years of marriage I have been programmed to say "that's nice" whenever I am asked the question "do you like my hair?"

My hair has really loose, big curls and it is coarse, so it is hard to style. If I just let it dry without doing anything to it, I end up with a lot of frizz and awkward curls sticking off the side of my head.

as a man, you have the option of going for the Telly Savalas look. Bald is sexy if you have the head for it.
