That's right. With instances of trigger-happy cops killing people for having their hands in their pockets, they didn't immediately fire on a supsected murder that pulled out a handgun in a confrontation. Can anyone guess what the difference was between this suspect and all of the other people shot for simply reaching in their pockets?

Typically if you mess with kids, or if you're an ex cop, you are screwed in prison. A cop being imprisoned for raping a child? He's dead.
