I think it is transition time into the Tribulation that Jesus spoke of.
"Tribulation" comes from the word "Tribulum", an ancient tool to beat the chaff off grain.
Other translations call it the time of "Testing" or "Trial" that is coming on the whole world to test them.

Personally I don't give a shit whether you stay or not, all I'm concerned about is your clear as day delusional thinking.
