The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

we should make another thread for his dinner.
The mess is to the left...
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

That's a keepsake from when I was in Japan for Super Bowl XLIII, when the Steelers beat the Cardinals. I didn't have any of my Steelers memorabilia, and couldn't get any for the big game, so I made a "Wicked Washcloth" with a highlighter, some sharpies, and a government issue white washcloth. It can't be washed, so it has acquired a layer of grunge in the 5 years since I made it. The Steelers have an iconic piece of fan memorabilia called "Terrible Towel." Fans swing them around at games, and they are pretty much the coolest shit ever.

Yeah, I was in Okinawa for a bit while we were in port. It was fun, but living on a ship while it's in port for weeks is not fun.
Yep! The Iconic Terrible Towel.
