It just shows that cops are rabid dogs and will shot anyone at anytime, from a baby to a hundred year-old person in a bed. All cops should have to undergo mandatory psych exams every year.
Yes. Again this is not a black v white issue. It is a blue versus everyone who isn't blue issue.

It's gotten to the point where someone could steal a uniform and a badge, commit a murder, and no one would accuse them of not being a legitimate police officer. If I had never heard these stories, and saw a cop doing this kind of thing, if possible I'd have taken him down, tied him up, and called the police saying some psycho had stolen a uniform. Not that this kind of thing would happen in some fancy gated community with sheltered children. Some twelve year old millionaire's kid gets shot for carrying a toy gun, and the cops responsible would get literally thrown into a prison cell.

-and yet, if they really wanted to find piles of illicit drugs, and rack up millions in parking and speeding tickets.....those gated communities are pretty much a goldmine. Instead they squeeze a stone, on the other side of town, in a ghetto, and then wonder why their livestock gives them dirty looks everytime they roll in with a butcherblock.

You don't poke people who have the power to poke you back. People with the money for good lawyers and connections in high places. You think when some rich guy tells them to produce a warrant, they'll shoot him for not obeying?

I'd just like to see them get training on deescalating a situation, instead of immediately going for the gun, or tazing someone until they die. I think hearing about assaulting people after they're detained is the most ridiculous. You just have no excuse for laying your hands on someone after the cuffs are on. Not that there's much of an excuse for attacking someone for being slightly belligerent. Or asking you to obey protocol.
Nobody seems to tell these people that they are a servant, and every tax paying citizen is essentially their boss.
