Shit, it turns out that the fucker is a bishop in the Mormon church!!! I guess it would be unconstitutional to disqualify him from being a judge soley on that but obviously, he has proven incapable of separating his religious convictions with his secular duty. One incident may not be enough to remove him for misconduct but I imagine he will be on the hotseat after this.

Isn't it great that even the ignorant state of Utah joined in the chorus of outrage against this bigoted judge? There is progress!
