Bit of necro, but eh. I haz rant.

Fuck Dr Mundo. Fuck everything he stands for. Fuck the next and previous 15 generations of his family. Fuck. Him. In the arse.

He cannot be stopped. He is utterly horrifying to even contemplate fighting.

But apart from that, I finally got a 5-man team going! It's in the developing stages as the two newest guys are level 25 and level 12, so it'll take some time to build them up. But still, we've already had some kickass matches together and it's great fun on Skype with all 5 of us

Plan for "stopping" Dr Mundo:

1.  Don't get hit by cleaver.
2.  ???
3.  Profit

Get it?

Cleaver's fine, my lifesteal and wither essentially cancels it out. It's his insane health regen I can't get my head around, and his ulti...sweet Christ.

Maybe. I've gone up against him three times now, I should probably read up on him more

He's the only champ that can pressure me this way, usually by staying next to the turret I'm fine, but with this fucker... -.-

Rather than google it, I'll try to think through it on my own. . . more fun that way.

I've played Mundo and here's what I remember:
1) All his skills use health.
2) If his cleaver hits, he gets back a lot of the health cost (and it DOES cost a big chunk of health to cast it).
3) The super-regen is his ult, so he won't have it until lvl 6.
4) He doesn't really do that much damage early game if he can't land his Q.

It seems to me you'd want to stay on your toes and dance back and forth, and then bum rush him when he misses his cleaver.
If he hasn't backed before lvl 6, he'll probably be out of potions and waiting for his ult to come up. Expecting this, I think if you drop Ignite on him as soon as you see that regen starting, he should fail his trade and go packing, while you can hopefully Q your way back up to decent health while he's back and clear a couple minions waves before you back yourself.

Keep in mind that I'm still a n00b, though, so take all this with a grain of salt.

Thanks for the advice benny, I'll try it out next time I'm brave enough to play as Nasus Though to be honest, the latest update nerfed his field sustain when they got rid of mana potions and changed essence reaver, the bastards.

But still...I just played Veigar mid. I had a rough early game, but clawed my way up to 9/9/16, with an AP of 812 by the time we smashed the enemy nexus. Feeling quite pleased with myself

I lost a couple games, but now I've established a 10-row streak, with Brand and now a couple games with MF (since I now have the Arcade skin, gotta play it).

There was me hoping for a fairly relaxing match to start my Sunday evening, and then I get knees-deep into this lunacy:



For context, our Tryndamere was constantly disconnecting, so half the time we were 4v5. We had an atrocious start, but thanks largely to Volibear being fucking indestructible we clawed our way back. I had something like 900+ AP by endgame, so killing was becoming an absurdly easy task towards the end

Nice. I have to say that I'm surprised more of your team didn't have more armor, especially MR since Brand and Ekko were their biggest killers. On paper, it just looks like an easy win for your team, but I'll bet things weren't as clear as all that, were they?
