Are you sure they were the same gifts?

This is not the case with Paul or the rest of Christianity. With Paul he performed many miracals in the name of God.
Like this miracle: Acts 13:8 Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
Luke 9:55-56 Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

You didn't even quote a full verse
Here is what you left out: Then everything became dark for Elymas. He walked around lost. He was trying to find someone to lead him by the hand. 12 When the governor saw this, he believed. He was amazed at the teaching about the Lord.
So by the act of Blinding Elymas (which btw is EXACTLY WHAT JESUS DID TO SAUL TO GET HIM TO BELEIVE) Saved the Gov'na!
So then How exactly is what Paul did in question in your mind's eye?

"summery", not "summary" - ha!
All i am doing in reality is if you are following bullshit at least follow your bullshit the way it was supposed to be followed.
Oh, dyresand, I get that, really I do. I must admit to some gleeful enjoyment when finding things like obvious contradictions in that collection of rancid tripe (aka the bible) that I was forced to memorize as a child. It's just that there is a huge difference between reading the babble believing that it is sacred and special, and analyzing just another piece of literature. And then, when a Bible-worshiper comes 'round to preach, start "bible studies", as if we'll roll over and convert when his brilliantly <hack-cough> illogical, illiterate, ungrammatical, misspelled take on that trash seeps into our brains - it's just enough to make a person puke.
It's almost too bad we don't go over to the xtian forums and post threads about wholly babble idiocy - doing the same thing to them that drippy-doodle and his ilk do to us. But it would be a waste of time. They worship that damn book. Who cares what it actually says, they'll make up something so they can keep worshiping it.

Yeah you're right considering how drippy pulls a bible verse out of his ass trying to say
this bible verse doesn't count. If believers did their research I.E. drippy wouldn't
regard Paul as a apostle.
