Actually, no.
On the cross, Jesus took a sip of wine. But you may recall that he had said he would not drink again of the fruit of the vine until all was accomplished.
The Passover Meal included four cups of wine that were drunk at various times during the ceremony...the fourth cup was the last and most important. Yet, Jesus omitted it from this Seder, and went out with the disciples to the Garden of Gethsemane.
But he did not omit it altogether. He took his fourth and final sip from the sponge offered by the Roman soldier. And with that, the Passover Meal, begun the evening before, was finished.
