The "credible" part leaves room for these intellectually dishonest conmen to move the goalposts. You won't see a prior, coherent, rigorous definition of credible from them, which they will consistently apply to their claims.

When Atheists Can't Think Episode 1: No Evidence for God?
|
Try presenting some and we'll see how credible it is.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
Jesus fucking Christ. There is no goddamn evidence. If there were, you would be triumphantly shoving it up our asses. These so called philosophical arguments are bunk. All they do is establish some supposed mystery that can only be resolved by invoking an attribute of God, an attribute assigned without observation prior to developing the argument; begs the question.
All these arguments do is kick the can down the road. Once God is invoked as a solution the reasonable question becomes, 'how do you know God possesses said attribute?'. The only honest reply is that it can be imagined. You cannot possibly have any supporting evidence for God let alone a demonstration of God having whatever particular attribute is required to resolve the particular argument in question. It's a charade. There is no evidence.
Ok, so why do you believe your ideas, which we are so blind to, are true in fact?

There is no evidence, because if there was - what about our free-f***ing-will? God can't save dying children, because revealing himself would - allegedly - eliminate free will. But he leaves EVIDENCE - obvious enough for inbred f*ck-tards to find? LOL...
Yeah - if there was evidence, every douche-nozzle around the world would be praying to the same god - just like every country in the world wants to have the same nuclear energy, instead of making up their own super-weapon technology - because we actually have evidence for it.

Oh, I just love a good deflection for a bedtime snack, and that one's a real classic!

Are you counting Stimbo?
The problem is that Delicate is actually arguing for two things couched in the same language:
1. That a god exists 2. That it's her(?) god 2 doesn't necessarily follow from 1, yet 1 is predicated on 2, namely that the creature in question just happens to have the characteristics of the god they believe in. Convenient, that. I can imagine all sorts of creatures that could be powerful enough to create a universe, yet not be omniscient or omnipotent or any of the things they demand we take at their word that their god has. I see no reason to acquiesce to that particular demand in the arguments' premises.

Not bullshit and yes you should take all of us seriously. You got sold an invisible sky wizard claim you think is pretty. 7 billion humans and 10,000s different religions but lucky us, you found the right one. Humans have always made up gods. So like we say to people with other pet sky wizard claims, get it in a lab and prove it! Claims are like assholes, everyone has one. |
