Because tazing the innocent is so much better than shooting them. It really makes a person wonder what sort of training is involved with police cadets these days. It just seems they get increasingly dumber with each new batch of cops they turn out.

I started questioning what kind of training they get for a while. All this "he made a suspicious movement, and I got scared" crap. You serious?
