Yeah, I know about nearly popping buttons. I can't afford new clothes for school. Basically I have no choice but TO lose weight. It's healthier for me in the long run, anyway to do it.

Okey dokey, Dyre. Do you want to start with a confessional? Any ideas you want to discuss about food? Unlike smoking you can't just stop.
Basically I'm making my biggest meal in the morning, alternating between eggs with a bunch of veggies -and- oatmeal with a bowl full of fruit with nuts.
Lunch is usually my half a medium banana and cashew butter between two slices of David's Killer Good Seed bread. (As a splurge I'll sometimes spread about a teaspoon of spun honey on the opposite side and put some walnut halves between the banana slices. This is wicked good.)
Dinner is often home made soup with a slice of bread toast with a slice of cheese over it.
Snack options include three thin wafer cookies anytime I make a cup of tea with a splash of 1/2&1/2 in it and any of these no more than once a day: carrots; an apple; a lunch size bag of Snyder's pretzels (100 calories); or a popsicle.
I'll have 2 to 4 ounces of red wine with dinner when I feel like it and occasionally a diet soft drink but other than that and the tea, water will do .. and lots of it. Don't want to drink my calories.

My confession well i mean i eat healthy i just need to be a lot more active.
I started working on my metabolism i would eat 2 boiled eggs and a orange.
For lunch baked chicken and or a fresh garden salad.
Dinner baked chicken, salad, soup etc.
For snakes i do pretzels or kettle cooked chips. I do push a lot of water now and
then i drink coconut water for hydration. At most i try to stay away from it only
when i am dehydrated from working out ill drink a Gatorade then drink water afterwards.

I have an uphill battle here. I have an anaphylactic allergy to all nuts including coconuts, peanuts, and tree nuts.
I don't drink near the amount of water that I should.
I have activity induced asthma. So I can't exercise like I'd like to.
My adderal helps work as an appetite suppressant. I'm not a huge fan of bread or sweets and any sodas labeled "diet" give me headaches due to the artificial sweeteners.
I usually eat three or four eggs in the morning with two cans of V8 juice. I'm super bad about eating lunch, as by then I've gone back to bed if I had a terrible nights sleep. Dinner on school days consists of packing cracker, fake peanut butter and jelly along with cottage cheese and maybe some chips. I also pack a small 8oz Sprite or cherry coke.

Wow, I didn't know the calorie count for an 8 oz can of V8 is barely over 50 calories. Not bad. Sometimes I'll have a little of my favorite fruit juice watered down with twice as much water. Still tastes good. Sprarkling water can substitute.

Have you checked out V8 juice's drink called V8 Fusion? I like them a lot. Fortunately I do eat a lot of raw veggies along with fruit. We keep apples, oranges (seedless kind) and seedless grapes here all the time.

If you consume the right vitamin pills you can more or less eat only the things you like. Albeit in carefully measured amounts.
