Getting ready for another holiday.
Tomorrow I'm headed for the coast for a week with my daughter, my mum, sister and her three kids.
We've got an apartment, pool and the beach is 100 metres away.
This time it's only a 2 hr drive. Yay!

Kitchen prep. Meaning cutting up fruits and veggies for lunch next week.

Oh yeah, I also make a mean cucumber dill dip that goes great with carrot and celery sticks.
