I guess I missed the point of the OP.  I regard people who end up living in the basement as victims of a system which sold them a bill of goods about spending a metric fuckton of money for a worthless college degree and now shits on them at every opportunity.

They played the game as they were told to play it and ended up fucked over with a mountain of debt.  Meanwhile, the corporate cocksuckers eliminate any jobs above that of hamburger flipper.

Ok, this is the bullshit pejorative slur used when someone doesn't like the argument or blasphemy of the other. "You must live in your parent's basement" since I don't agree with you. Now, I have seen this BULLSHIT argument used by BOTH atheists and theists, and even with political and economic views. AND IN ALL DIRECTIONS......... FUCKING KNOCK IT OFF.......How someone gets, their bills paid, or where they live is none of your fucking business unless you are directly involved in the relationship. If you are arguing religion, then stick to the topic. If you are arguing economics stick to the topic. But, I will not put up with EITHER theists or atheists demonizing someone one like this. BOTH ATHEISTS AND THEISTS........



Where someone lives or what their class is, has nothing to do with if they are right or wrong. What matters is the topic and the facts they have to back up their claims, not their living habits. (END RANT)

I see this two ways. Whether you live off of your relatives or not has nothing to do with whether your facts or logic are correct. But it does suggest something about your life experience or lack thereof. So does being born wealthy enough never to have had to really earn a living. So, yeah if you are talking about relationships, real jobs, or life experience, whether you live in your folks basement matters. Talk about science or history and it's probably irrelivant.

I know you guys are joking, but this slur assumes that either a well off family member or poor family member who is supported by another family member, spouse, parent, or kid, are always going to be dicks if they don't have jobs, and while people can be spoiled, rich or poor, that simply is bullshit to assume that is always the case.

Saying that it is ok to support someone is not saying everyone be poor or nobody ever have jobs. All that is saying is it is OK to support other humans, and a long as that person is not draining someone why should anyone care? I simply fail to see how more people having stability hurts society.
