The fact at this point is that it doesn't matter whether she would make a similar mistake as president, or whether charges are being filed (which they aren't). The point is that she cannot beat a muck-raker like Trump with this on the table. She just can't. It is party suicide to put her in the ring against that man, even if you, I, and everyone on this forum votes for her. I'm sorry, dude. She's fucked.
That's not why I won't vote for her. I won't vote for her because I will not recognize her as a legitimate political candidate after everything she has done to steal this nomination. I will not vote for somebody who does not respect the vote, no matter who I'm voting against.
Some people may say a write-in vote is a vote for Trump, and those people really can go fuck themselves. Voting is an act of free speech, and nobody gets to tell me what I'm saying with my vote, even if I withhold it because I do not support any candidates.

People still dreaming that Bernie Sanders will be the candidate are delusional. There's a better chance of Mother Theresa coming back to life and selling gold plated condoms for a living than there is for Bernie to be the democratic candidate at this point.
So now we have Hillary Clinton as the Democratic nominee. And if somehow she's indicted (Spoilers: She won't be.) then it'll be Joe Biden or someone else chosen. It won't default to Bernie no matter how much his fan club would love for it to. I like Bernie Sanders, don't get me wrong. He has some good fucking ideas, but he's got a chocolate cake's chance on the first day at fat camp of getting the nomination.
I for one will gladly take Hillary over any of the bozos who ran on the Republican ticket.

Ok I can really see Trump getting in because some people don't like Hilary. I am a concerned member of the planet and I urge you to hold your nose and vote for anyone but Trump. Bush was bad enough but he lacked the confidence to be a real arsehole, Trump is a self deluded, boorish fool who will burn the world.

I really hate to say this.. but given Hillary or trump she lost voters and trump has the lead over her. If it really came down to trump or hillary people outright would vote for trump instead of her and put that guy in office. Thats to say if the super delegates want to even back her after all of this came out. Even news outlets that are pro hillary are blaming Bernie because he is the reason why her numbers arent looking all that great. I would vote for Hillary if she had any integrity and was actually for the people i really would but even then now as it stands she isn't a truthful person nor a responsible one at that. I agree if it really came down to it trump or hillary id give hillary my vote lesser of two evils or i might not vote at all. Right now
after all of that came out Hillary could and can loose the general election. The fact being now that she is loosing to trump...says a lot about her supporters

I've yet to hear any hard facts from the Clinton Cronies as to why indictments won't be recommended by the FBI. The evidence points to Hilary being a criminal. She put national security at risk because of her selfishness and ego. She siphoned government communications from a secure government network to a private server in her basement and people are trying to tell me this is NOT a crime?
Simply stating "Hilary is not a criminal" isn't good enough. The State Department has already said she broke the law. Therefore, she must be a criminal. If you break the law you are a criminal. Yet people are still clinging onto the belief that Hilary is not a criminal.
As secretary of state she knew she'd be receiving classified information. She's not as retarded as Hilary Bots make her out to be. She knew exactly what she was doing.
