 I just can't understand why you hate all Christians because of a few bad apples, this pastor and anyone who thought the gunman did a good thing are being foolish, especially in God's eyes. The majority of Christians felt bad for those hurt in the shooting and are praying for their recovery as I have. We also are praying for the families and friends who have lost loved ones. I can say this for a fact, no atheist offered up prayers for these who were involved in this situation of horror. There were those who were in that club who were praying for God to save them, I heard them say so in their interviews, ironic wouldn't you say, these people reached out to God and yet all you can do is site a few bad apples in the whole of the basket instead of seeing the good in most all Christians. It's you that we should be writing about as the person who is a bigot and ugly hater of Christians and anyone else who doesn't see life in your way. You just plain ol' stink and God's watching you, whether you like it or not.

The few bad apples can simply point to the text to support their position, the 'others' such as yourself must rationalize a position contrary to what your sacred text suggests.

No, you didn't openly defend Islam directly fair enough, but, you pointed to the fact that lgbt people would be treated as badly in a Christian theocracy. I felt that by pointing to circumstances that don't exist you were defending Islam by not dealing with what reality actually is in the world. And yeah, its a fact that its written in the new testament that homosexual acts are sinful much like premarital sex which I myself am guilty of, I wouldn't call the writings hostile. However in the Koran, it calls for barbaric executions to take place for said behavior. And the adherents are doing this on the daily. And, true enough, a small minority of Christians point to verses in the bible and preach a message of hate. You can't blame that on an inanimate book or God any more than you can blame science for nuclear devastation in Hiroshima. You must blame the people. And the vast majority of Christians including myself would tell you, that guy and those like him are scumbags. While a growing majority of muslims do in fact support a message of hatred and murder of any who don't follow their prophet. Until there is at least as much venom if not more coming from your community toward muslims as there is toward Christians your virtue signaling will be considered exactly that by the rest of the world.

Last I checked, the Old Testament calls for stoning them to death. Isn't the Old Testament in the Bible? Do not many Christians still regard its teachings as valid?
