Don't overextend yourself if possible, or that might end up being worse in the long run, both for your kid and yourself. You sound like a great mom for worrying about doing such an inconsequential thing, though, so kudos. I respect that. 
Watching demstream on CSPAN. Looking at tsq with glasses. Planning my own attack on Kaiser Permanente, which has my new, and first, bifocals. Yay old people! I'm one of you nao!
