Does this Make Sense to You?

RE: Does this Make Sense to You?
I think it had something to do with ribs.  Gods a fan of southern barbecues...as we all know.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

It's like you've never even read the bible: procreation was literally the first thing god told them to do. So either Adam's had one of those before, or else he hasn't, in which case he's disobeying god... which is the thing that got him kicked from the garden in the first place. Which inconsistency would you like to keep, for your completely made up justification for this which has no textual support, but which you somehow hold to be obviously correct anyway?

Because, see, I'll give you a hint, dude: Adam wasn't alone when he hid. Eve hid with him. In the same place. So... did she have a boner too, or are you going to give up on this idea you had, which I'm sure is the first thing you thought of?

To be fair, that particular narrative is rife with inconsistency and inaccuracy.  There is no coherent -whole- to which one can refer.  It seems, rather, to be an amalgam of separate narratives that coalesced into one at some point before they were committed to the page.  IMO, those loosely related narratives which played on successful tropes. A person who wants to work out what the story was about -or- maintain that it's a news report is going to have to drop something or other from it to make either work.

So... what in this passage makes you think the "humans" of day 6 chapter one, were adam and eve of day 3 chapter two?

Then what if anything in Chapter two makes you believe God gave them the same task " of be fruitful and multiply" as He gave the men and women of chapter 1?

So you're back to making shit up, under the guise that it doesn't specifically say otherwise in the bible? I know you think there were other humans, outside the garden, because it doesn't say there weren't in the bible, but it actually does: in Genesis 3 the text specifically acknowledges Eve as the "mother of all living," indicating that she and Adam were the progenitors of humans.

Secondly, you're still wrong, because you're conspicuously ignoring the other part of my argument, where Adam and Eve hid together, putting the lie to your patently psychosexual ruminations on Adam's erection. Rolleyes

It's so comical when Christians try to redeem the bible by turning it into fan-fiction.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

I liked when Alexander DeLarge did it:
