Emergency Auxiliary Backup Cat #2 health scare

RE: Emergency Auxiliary Backup Cat #2 health scare
Vet cleaned out ears again, left was OK, right had quite a bit of crud. He got another injection of long acting antibiotics, steroid (to reduce inflammation) and some antibiotics to take daily.

I held him for a while when we got home, he holds his head right ear down, and his eyes are still doing the shimmy.

He's in the fortress of solitude now, hopefully he'll take a nap.

We go back to the vet in a few days.

Too bad they don't understand that vets are here to help them. Sometimes I wish our pets could verbally communicate back to us. It sure would make things easier.

As soon as I get the carry case out, my cats hide.

Even if I'm just cleaning out the linen cupboard where I store it.

2 was sufficiently screwed up as to not be too much concerned with the vet today.

He's slept most of the day in the fortress of solitude.

4 out of the 5 furkids here generally do not mind the cat carrier. I use extra large ones and put Dill and Pickles in one, Vader and Lece in another and Ebby rides alone.

Lece is the only one who will howl the entire trip. Vader gets enough of it and he usually slaps her then hisses at her. She shuts up then.
