I don't believe in Karma, but I don't believe in your outdated notion of justice either.  But there was no option for just "there is no Karma", you had to attach "so criminals get off the hook", so I cannot pick any of the options in your  poll.

It is pretty obvious that by not having the karma most people who commit crimes get off the hook.

The mind only remember this life for a good reason that I will tell you in a minute.
Put in this way.
Our mind is not only made from what we can perceive in this life.
Our mind is composed of conscious mind and unconscious mind.
Like an iceberg we can only see the part above the water so people ignore the part below (unconscious mind).
For them it doesn't exist but is there for sure.
This unconscious mind is the great bulk of our mind and it is this unconscious mind that record everything.
Until we sort out our problems the record of past action stay in the unconscious mind for a good reason.

If we could remember our past actions it would be hell.
Absolute hell that is why we do not remember.
It is hard enough to remember our previous years in this life with all our mistakes.
To remember even past lives it would be unbearable.

By not remembering is a lot easier to go ahead and make progress and when the bad karma knock the door we have more mental strength to sort out the problems.
If however the bad karma demand our physical death we should remember that life goes on because is not us that die but the shell in which we are stuck to.  

I think your chakras are a bit off, buddy. You may want to get them realigned because you're spewing nonsense.

Maybe we don't remember the actions of our past lives because we didn't have past lives. You didn't think of that Rik, did you?

People can be ANYTHING and still be an atheist.  I've met Christian atheists.  They don't buy the bull, they just like the social gains, and some of the new testement teachings(turn the other cheek and such).  
Christian Atheist? Not tons of them, but they exist!
Jewish atheist?  YES!
Buddhist atheist? OF COURSE! (Buddha indeed didn't teach to believe in gods, so there are MANY of these folks)
Taoist atheist?  NATURALLY!

You cannot fit everyone into your neat little boxes.

People are free to say what they like to be but in order to be what they say they are they must prove it.

Karma is a kind of strange self-fuelling cycle. Suppose you kill someone and in the next life as punishment you get killed too. Must your killer be punished as well? And his killer? Why if they were only the tools of karma?

And if the punishment is something like being reborn as a frog, I gotta ask what the hell is so bad about being a frog? Frogs are pretty rad

If we didn't have past lives then it means that we never build up the consciousness that we got and it all come as per magic and free.

People get to define themselves, you don't get to do it for them.

Christians and Buddhists can both be atheists, regardless of what the mainstream religion teaches about god(s).  If someone goes to church and follows the teachings of Christ, but does not believe in god, who am I, and who are you , to tell him he's not a Christian if that is what he wants to call himself?

And there are, in FACT, hundreds of thousands of Jewish atheists, because many identify Judaism as a culture much more than a religion.  There are, in FACT Many Buddhists who also self identify as atheists. And so forth.

Also spirituality =/= god.  Ask a native American who follows their old beliefs, or anyone who follows a form of animism. 

I know you'll think I'm wrong, but the things I'm posting (that many people self identify as atheists but are still part of a religion) are facts, not opinions.  
Your opinions don't trump these facts.
YOU don't get to decide these people are wrong.
