I'm an asshole like that, I guess.

Thank you, for your assistance.

I haven't either*, so I was mightily confused to see him doing a TV series after Loki punctuated him.

*I haven't read comics since 1966.

Do a stand alone magneto, storm, juggernaut or maybe just any less well covered x men character than wolverine.

Even when the first wolverine film came out about him I didn't like it because it was just continuing how over hyped he was in the comic books, this is just a continuation of a predictable trend.
Everyone's favorite X-men....bah! You're worthless and you're fired!

That was funny as fuck.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

These are the types of comic book movies I'm interested in. A more personal, internalized struggle. I'm so sick of superhero movies with a dozen literally unstoppable beings smashing each other through skyscrapers. That's the reason that I like the character of Batman so much, and I look forward to Ben Affleck's stand-alone movie.

OMG!!  I had not heard of this.  This.looks.so.good! ~squeee~

And I totally agree, this is the best kind of (super)hero story, the kind that teaches us things about being human.

I'm wondering if this will be anything like the mini "Old Man Logan" series that they had a while back. Obviously it's not just like that, I think...except are almost all the good aligned superhumans dead?

Wolverine may not be able to lift fifty tons or shear the top off of a mountain with beams that shoot out of his eyes, but if there's such a thing as Alpha level regenerative ability, that's him. He's basically come back from brain death after Mystique shot him through the eye or somesuch.

Strange to take away some of his powers by lessening his regenerative ability.

It seemed like in the clip in the commerical when Logan is fighting he's avoiding using his claws too much. In Old Man Logan he had vowed in the past to never use them again.

I'm a little behind with Marvel but I do know who X-23 is (the girl in the movie)

I have not seen it yet, but I'm considering it.  The reviews are really encouraging.
We only go to theaters 2 or 3 times a year.  Usually once in the summer, once near Christmas, and sometimes on spring break.  With Spring break coming up, I'm getting that movie itch!  I want it to be a worthy movie.  So you'd say yes, it's worth seeing in the theater?

I watched the trailer. I was wrong, he definitely does not avoid using his claws.

I said he's the most over focused on x men character, so the difference is the amount of focus put on that character as opposed to most other x men characters.

What about a movie about a mutant who used to be extremely overused, Cable for instance. Not that he got much pop culture exposure, but some years ago he was in how many series'?

Cable had best be a main character in "Age of Apocalypse" or that is messed up! If not I'm not sure I want to see it.
