Hello!
My name is Eugeny. Anatolievich is my second (father's) name. (If you don't know, all Russians have three names: first name, father's name, and family name.)
In my avatar you see me. I like this photo.
I'm 43. I live in Kronstadt. It's a small town on Kotlin Island near Saint-Petersburg.

I have PhD in chemistry and physics of polymers. Now I'm working as a internet journalist in a local media holding. 

I'm an atheist but in period between 2000 and 2008 I was a very active orthodox christian. I know this religion from inside.

Why am I here? At first, just for fun, and, second, to improve my English. I can read any text with help of dictionary and grammar handbook in English, German, French, and Swedish. It's my hobby to learn languages.

I'm interested in philosopy. I study the history of philosophy in an internet course. It improves my mind.
