Thank you all for your words and wishes! It'll be the second birthday I've spent sober, and the first of my recovery. That's my present to myself -- continued sobriety.

Thena, my dear -- I didn't say anything because after 50 of them, these birthdays just sort of fade in importance -- I'd forgotten my own until my mom wished me a happy birthday last night! (I also have a little touch of the trickster in me )

But if you think it merits a spanking, who am I to argue? Hugs to you, honey.
