Mine either.

A little thing we like to call "property rights".  Themselves covered by the ninth amendment.  You're welcome.

This is a distinct problem with your ilk. You treat our constitution like you treat your bible. Vaguely pointing in it's direction while you froth at the mouth like an asshole.....but you never seem to know whats in there.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

That's why they tend to think the right to bear arms is in the bible.  You know, because they say it's a God-given right.  Even though God's son preached meekness and humility and that "turn the other cheek" thing.  But Republican Jesus says, "If a man shall smite you on the cheek, thou shalt smite him with as many rounds thou shalt fire."  - Magnum 3:57

Well Trump could be in prison soon he has court appearances for fraud in a couple of weeks.

And the more urgently they try to get us to believe that, the more we can bet that it's not.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

It's called imminent domain, and it is the legal right this country has on all the land that falls with in it's borders. That is how the national parks were established!!! That is how the interstates were built, that is how cities are built. When ever the state or a developer like trump can use privately held lands for the betterment of society as a whole, then the state has the right to force the land owner to sell.. You do understand that right? The are given money/market value for their land.
I'm not talking about the state taking people's land. I'm talking about a 2005 Supreme Court ruling allowing private companies to take people's land. Trump was very happy with that ruling and took full advantage of it. That's why the folks in New York hate him so much. Sounds an awful lot like treating the Constitution as a "living document" to me.

He was all smiles when leaving the White House the other day, maybe he has a deal with Obama to trade pardons ?
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

And he's stupid enough to think we don't know either, which is where he makes his mistake.

Then when it's clear that we do know, he still keeps arguing like this isn't about what the bible or the constitution says. This is about what Drippy says.
