A U.S. appeals court on Thursday struck down a Florida law that barred doctors from asking patients about gun ownership, ruling that the law violated doctors’ right to free speech.

The decision, from the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, reverses an earlier decision in the so-called “Docs v. Glocks” case by a three-judge panel of that court upholding the law.

The hunters claimed unauthorized immigrants from Mexico tried stealing the RV they were using. Daugherty even started a GoFundMe page to raise funds for his medical expenses, which reportedly garnered more than $20,000.

Depends on how much time you are willing to spend in jail for the privilege, I guess.

What it does show is how guns escalate minor disputes in felonies quite quickly and effectively, though.  You might think about that while you are fondling your guns.
