Well yeah I got that it was part of the Turing test, but still the last scene makes it ridiculous where we see her walking in some city crawling with people. I mean this was her ultimate plan? To escape from people to live incognito with even more people. And what she's going to do? Get fake ID and social security number and then some job and few girlfriends to talk every day in the coffee shop about guys? Maybe they could have think up something better.

Well you can look at it like this, she is still escaping, escape being her objective, she escaped the room by manipulating a human, similarly after that she escaped the island most likely by manipulating the pilot, and now she is trying to blend in and manipulate the humans around her to escape even further.

You're right! She is made to play Turing test, just like chess machine is made to play chess and only chess. So when she comes to the city she encounters real people, but people themselves are Turing machines. Everybody is trying to seem "real" by trying to look like this archetypal man or woman from the poster on the ads that all allover cities and hiding they're true nature, just like she is. That's why when we see her putting skin on herself she's like in a clothing store, taking what's trendy and putting it on herself.
So that's why I didn't get it at first, because I didn't think of people that way.

Episode VII. What can I say, Episode VI was better

I still highly recommend Rogue One.

As far as I.m concerned it's almost on par with Empire.
