The Rat Bastard Will Never Change His Ways

Quote:Contractor sues for $2 million in unpaid bills on Trump's D.C. hotel
Quote:Becoming pr*sident doesn’t mean Donald Trump has changed his ways: he’s still stiffing the contractors who work on his construction projects. The Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C.’s Old Post Office Building is perhaps Trump’s highest-profile recent project, but the attention focused on it hasn’t made the Trump Organization pay its bills. Five contractors have sued for a total of nearly $5 million in nonpayment, including Freestate Electric, a union employer that talked to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers about the suit:
What a piece of shit he is.

Hate to call a flag, but work was done in September, LONG after Trump and his nefarious slo/lo/no bill paying habits were front page fodder nation wide.
Dipshit contractor should have/could have gave Trump Inc the one finger salute LONG before they were $2 million underwater.
Hell, local contractors around here know who the deadbeats are, cash up front, no payee, no workee.
Nothing to see here folks, time to move on . . .

Trump deserves slow torture. If only there was an evil genie willing to torture him for eternity. Damned phony religion.

"Should've known better" reads well on an internet forum -- but how do you think that will work in a courtroom?
I'm not sure what's been going on with you lately, but the Stupid® sure is biting your ass a lot. You should think more before hitting send.
Here's a newsflash for you: when someone signs a contract, they are actually legally obliged to, you know, honor that contract. The fact that you're willing to overlook such a detail speaks a lot more than does the post to which I'm replying; you're revealing a lot more about yourself than you seem to think.

Read the article. Trump Inc changed the schedule. That the contractor got a $2million dollar dry fuck from Trump is entirely on the contractor.
Front page New York Times caliber deadbeats and people are willing to float them $2 million on change orders????
Jesus fucking Christ, I'm in the wrong line of work.

Not so well.
You know what is really amazing given the mobbed up state of the construction trades on the east coast is the WLB was not found floating face down in the Hudson. I suppose he had one of the mob families protecting him. Of course there probably isn't any evidence of that but....
Oh, wait...

He apparently lied under oath to deny he associated with organized crime figures.
There is.

No, it isn't. Why are you so hell-bent on giving Trump a pass for his behavior?
The only person responsible for the theft is the thief. It's true that we can take steps to deter and perhaps prevent theft, but that doesn't change the fact that personal responsibility being what it is, theft is laid at the feet of the thief.
The contractor probably figured that a Presidential candidate whose finances were already giving him headaches wouldn't repeat the same behavior in such a high-profile manner. That doesn't mean it wasn't Trump who decided to fuck him over -- because it was. That is Trump's decision, your apologetics aside.
Pathetic.

The total project was over $200 million. $5 million of disputes (2.5%), mostly over change orders, at the end of the job isn't unusual. I've been at the closing table on construction projects, but on a much smaller scale. It's just the way it is. Change orders are disputed.
