In an ideal world, sure.

But it isn't ideal - hospitals are obliged to provide care and the Conservative fear that "undesirable ethnicities will continue to breed" would remain a certainty. Costs will still continue to climb.

If they get rid of one bugbear, it is quickly replaced with another.

Anybody else see the irony here? Milo and Tomi made careers off accusing the left of suppressing free speech, yet the people that actually censored them were from their own fucking side of the isle. Brietbart and CPAC removed Milo's platforms, and Tomi's own marry little band of conservative angels, demanded she be fired for her comments on a conservative network. Uncle Beck wouldn't even afford the courtesy to defend herself, despite her having the only show on the Blaze that's ratings aren't in the shit house -- that's how intolerant they are.

I say fuck em', they got what they deserved. However, it shows you what we we're dealing with on the right, and just how cultish they are.
