Hey, everyone! I added your goals to the OP. I'm going to see if Tibs will sticky this for the duration of April, so it's easy to access. For those of you who haven't posted a specific goal, add it when you get a chance, and I'll put it in the OP. Also, if you haven't joined yet, it's not too late. We're casual up in here.

Today or tomorrow I'm going to hit the grocery store for things like dried cranberries, grapes, almonds, low fat cheese, etc. to make homemade protein packs of 100-200 calories for my snacks. I have multigrain waffles and oatmeal for breakfasts to start off the month. I have some "healthy" frozen dinners to keep things simple when I'm lazy. I've got cans of tuna because they are low-cal and easy. Oh, and yogurt. I've got yogurt. I may get back into making smoothies, something I used to do in my running days. I will combine some exercise with my efforts, but I mostly want to focus on food for now. I do exercise fairly regularly anyway, so I'm not worried.

My goal: lose 10-15 pounds this month AND since I have activity induced asthma, I'm going to try to walk my neighborhood at least once, without having to do a nebulizer treatment.

Please add: my starting weight is 220. My heaviest ever.

I have your goals and starting positions recorded thusfar. If I have the time, I am going to add a walk to my regular activity every weekday while Tibs runs. I'm unable to run anymore right now, but I will be doing yoga, hiking, etc. as usual. (Hopefully more since the weather is getting warmer.)

 I reluctantly post this just incase my body makes a change.  I was thinking there isn't much point because my body isn't too bad, but I have podge I could definitely lose. It'll be actually good to have not put on weight over easter with all the fucking chocolate around.

That weight is an estimate I'll change it to be more accurate soon.  And my height is 5 ft 11.6 according to the gym laser machine, so sort of close to 6ft.

I'm in. I'm starting at 236 pounds. (107kgs)
I just want to concentrate on cutting out junk food.
I reckon I can lose a kilo/week.
My goal is 90 kgs. I'll start looking at exercise next week.

Hello, fellow losers! Day 1 and temptation is everywhere. I started the day with a wake up wrap from Dunkies because I was on the go. It was within my calorie range, so all good. I had a simple tuna sandwich on multigrain bread for lunch a few minutes ago. I'm craving everything, but it's all good.

Last night, I made protein packs of 160 calories each with mixed nuts, raisins, dried cranberries and assorted low fat cheeses. I'm using the Lose It app with a Premium upgrade so I can plan meals ahead of time. Feeling pretty great.
