Ahh...temptation...had my first ice cream of the season... A nice cup of Ben and Jerry's... Some 400g of it... Oooops!
Anyway, got a pump and the bike tires are now ready for me to zip a bit faster.
I've been consistently using only gear 4 and above on that bike (except when mingling with slow traffic)... And typically managing to stay on the 6th for most of the uphill grind... Downhill it's 8th gear all the way!
I don't understand why some people I come across setup pedalling when going down hill... Don't they want to get home fast?

Went out drinking last night... Already fucked this up lol. Pizza, Dr Pepper, and gin were the only things I had yesterday. It's ok I got this. I went a mile yesterday and I will go a mile and a half today.

I had a bad start. Haven't gotten to the gym and have eaten a little more calories than I should!

I made up a pitcher of water and added cucumber, lime and dill seasoning to flavor it. Yummy!

I don't know really, but I those ingredients are supposed to be helpful with a cleanse

It's okay to start rocky, as long as we're not completing abandoning our goals. lol I had a couple of French fries today, but stayed in my calorie range. Yesterday, I went over by about 50 or so calories. I just had to eat a falafel at 1130 at night. Tibs' challenge starts tomorrow. I'm not sure he even remembers. HA!
