Discipline/lack of and atheism
RE: Discipline/lack of and atheism
Okay, first of all, has it ever occurred to you that you can refuse to reply to people? No one here is making you respond. And as far as I can tell, given this thread alone, you keep it going. So honestly, maybe re-read the things you have posted here and try using some tact and empathy for those you have insulted and try taking a different, kinder approach to things. Just my two cents, but really, no one has any control over how you react except for you. No one can make you feel a certain way. You choose how you will react and continue to react to things. This is the internet.. It can be brutal and unkind, but you don't have to continue fanning the flames, so to speak. You can choose to rise above and just, as you put it to SC, let it go.

I'm not going to repeat or make myself redundant according to someone else's objections but I'll reiterate once more: I've hearing disability and cannot call on phone at all! I'm NOT going to consult anyone, let alone how my suicide plan turns out. I'm just totally worthless on this forum and worth using a dagger slashing at the torso and dumping into an underground tunnel - GOT THAT?

911 has relay services for the hearing impaired. If you're feeling suicidal you should definitely seek help.

Promise not to character assassinate me recurrently elsewhere when I make new threads or contribute to existing threads, ok? I don't even want SC come back victimising me again.

I won't seek help. So far on this forum, I'm not a worthy person to respond to, even on helpline. Let it be. Let go of it... let me die anytime. I don't possess reasonable intelligence, ability or even calibre to contribute to this forum by the sounds of backlash I've so far received. I'm just a totally worthless person, worth to render inexistent at once. END OF STORY. You guys move on and let it be that I may become inexistent.

Whateverist, I see you're no longer replying to my PM. I conclude that you're not anymore interested whilst continuing to think of me as a bad person.

No, learn from my bad example and don't jump to conclusions.  I'm sympathetic to what you're going through but I haven't been around much, don't participate on slack and haven't read a lot of this thread.  Just too busy the last couple days.

I think the problem now is that your words and actions give the appearance that you are eager to distance yourself from being perceived as the negroid sort of black.  Does that ring true at all, either about you or in how it seems people are responding to you?

If you think it is at all true about yourself, I'd recommend just reflecting on this on your own without interacting here for a while.  If you are quite sure it is not true about you, but think that describes what you think is a misperception on the part of others, you might want to consider:  we don't always know ourselves perfectly so it isn't entirely unreasonable for others to doubt you even though you are convinced otherwise.  If that is the case, you might have to accept that you can't always persuade others to share your perception.

Again, I haven't read a lot and wasn't there on whatever slack might be.  I'm inclined to try to understand your perspective better after roasting you from the hip to start off.  But I'm not the offended party.

For your own well being, I'd encourage you to consider the possibility that you may not be able to make this right in a way that allows you turn this forum into a place where you can have a positive experience.  If that is the case, you can always try find another place on the web to start over.  Good luck, really.

I'm just distressed and traumatised by unnecessary, antagonistic backlash I'm receiving here. I'm just feeling suicidal, almost.

Well, for starters, I wasn't assassinating your character. Second, I make no promises on this forum to anyone because that can backfire on me. I will tell you what I tell my teenagers - what you say has a direct correlation to how other people reply to you. You are not required to attend every argument you are invited to. Sometimes, taking the higher ground means more than staying and continuing to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person. So let that marinate. Like I said, go do something productive for a while. If you find you need to keep coming back here to reply, then clearly the need to get that last word in is something that is no one's fault but your own. Work on that first. Be the adult/bigger person first. Sometimes stepping away from an argument shows more maturity than staying in it.
Peace to you.

Fair enough.

I will walk away and will try not to retaliate anymore, no matter how some might keep hurting me beyond my tolerance.

P.S. I'm truly a worthless, worst person, enough to necessitate my inexistence. End of story.
