I wish I could say that Ham is not representative of the local populace but I can not. Hence my previous claim to know where to buy good scotch. You will need it!

There might be a way around it, unless you're required to register as an imminent threat to the survival of the human species. If so, forget about it. Every nosy soccer mom in the neighborhood will rat you out at the merest rumor of a uranium delivery. Miserable, self-righteous busybodies!
