Emotions are intrinsically good and bad
RE: Emotions are intrinsically good and bad
I'm willing to bet that plagiarism would have been more consistent.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Now, let me reveal something to you.  This worldview of mine is actually well known.  It is called hedonism.  All I am doing here is supporting hedonism with my own personal arguments that I have learned from my own personal experience.

If you think talking about inner light and inner dark is hedonism, then I'd say you are equally well talking about penguins.

I googled "hedonism inner light," and found that you've been shitting this stuff all over the internet.  Good job. You really hit the jackpot with these forums, didn't you?

No..it's not, lol.  It's a misapprehension of hedonism specific to you.  -But so what?  Is this supposed to make your posts seem more authoritative?  You;re not supporting anything, least of all with arguments.  You're stringing words together, and even that's a generous assessment with your repeatedly demonstrated ability to contradict the front half of your own sentences with their back ends.

Hedonism states that pleasure is the only real good we should maximize and pain being the only real bad we should minimize.  Hedonism is all about being happy and enjoying our lives through our positive emotions.  Therefore, I think my worldview has been known and very popular all along and I was just further supporting it.  Here is a link which says so:

Again, the inner light and the inner darkness were just my own personal metaphorical terms.  But as for this whole idea that it can only be our positive emotions that allow us to judge things as good, that is hedonism.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

This whole worldview of mine is actually well known and I am just trying to support it. Hedonism does, in fact, say that pleasure is the only real good to our lives and pain being the only real bad to our lives which is what I was supporting this whole entire time with my own personal arguments.  Again, here is the link which says this:

Hedonism doesn't need your help, and certainly isn't being improved by your attention and "arguments".

I'm actually trying to prove hedonism.

Hedonism is asserted, not proven..you do it no favors by saddling it with all of the baggage in this thread. I recall suggesting as much about 50 pages ago - so here we are again.

Are you saying that there is no way to have empirical evidence to support hedonism so that it becomes true just like how the Earth being a sphere is true?  See, that is what I am trying to do here.

Hedonism is an axiomatic value statement.  It's not the conclusion of an argument, it's the premise.

As premises go, it has problems.  The first is that it's self defeating.  Pleasure seeking may not actually be the best way to secure pleasure.  It often yields misery instead.
