I can't wait until the leftovers are gone and I can pretend to take care of my body again. I'm really failing at losing weight right now. Citalopram makes me gain weight hard.

I guess I'm lucky I never gained any weight on it. Or on lithium or valporate or olanzapine. I'm one of those guys who (at least so far in life, I probably won't be able to do this forever) can eat utter crap and do no excercise besides walking to a shop, and my weight doesn't change.
Mind you, citalopram gives me other problems . . . when I take it.

Guh..gained back a few pounds a week ago and today I lost 3 pounds from that week but according to my scale, that has the ability to measure body composition, it was mostly lean mass. Yet my BF% went down by .4% So frustrating and confusing.
At least I did reach one of my incremental weight goals.

I lost 1% body fat from 3 days ago, so down to 10.4%.
Must be doing something right.

17 pages, late to the party, who is winning or whos done really well?
I made sudden weight gain in 2013 (beer, beer, junk food & beer due to stress) & in 2014 with more stress took it all off & some to the point friends were pulling me aside out of concern.
Think loosing 3 stone in as many months dropping from 14st 8lb to 11st 8lb (I'm 5'11 & broad shouldered).
12st 8lb now & been that + or - 4-5lb ever since but its hot where I live (30c+ every day upto 40c peak) & water consumption or loss plays havoc with the look of my 6-pack lol
anyway, best of luck to all working hard, keep it up, make mini goals & stay positive you lovely sinners
